Labor and birth will shape who you are as a woman, mother, and partner. It will stretch you more than you might think possible. You can face the unknowns with courage, strength, and joy. I am confident you can do this- you were made to do this!
As a Doula, I recognize the value of community. Motherhood- the challenges and victories- are better celebrated within a circle of support. For this reason, I provide a Moms & Doulas Support Group for Clients. This group combines mother to mother encouragement with expert advice. Momming is more fun with a village!
